Year 5 has learnt that they will be learning about 'entertainment' this term with the driving question 'How has science influenced entertainment?'
To begin our inquiry Year 5 experienced different ways people are entertained. Students rotated through activities focused on video games, board games, cards, lego, podcasts, music, videos, reading and art.

Our Kindergarten explorers had the best time on their excursion today! After diving into our science unit on living things, it was so much fun to step out of the classroom and see nature in action. Our Year 2 scientists have been busy exploring how different materials can be combined! 🧪✨ From mixing water and cornflour to observing oil and water and dissolving sugar, Year 2 made predictions, observed changes, and shared their discoveries 👩🏼🔬👨🏻🔬 There were lots of guesses, giggles, and “WHOA!” moments as we explored how different materials combine 🧠💡
