On Monday at Holy Family we held a whole school prayer of The Rosary.
It was a beautiful way to end the first day back of Term 4 and take time to reflect and pray as a whole school community.-

✨ What a beautiful way to close our school year! ✨ Today at our End of Year Thanksgiving Loturgy of the Word, we came together to celebrate a faith filled year, honour our journey, and give thanks for all the blessings we’ve shared as a community. 🙏💛 We farewelled our teachers, students and families who are leaving, thanking them for the joy, dedication and love they have brought to our school. You will always be part of our story. 🌟👋💛 We also celebrated the achievements of our students through our Safe and Ready to Learn rewards, proudly presented by Julia Finn MP for Granville. We are incredibly grateful for her presence, her ongoing support of our school community, and her role in recognising the wonderful efforts of our students. 🎉📘🌈👏 A huge congratulations to the recipients of the Holy Cross Parish Award, with a special thank you to Father Galbert for presenting this meaningful honour and for his guidance throughout the year. 🕊️✨ We were also treated to a wonderful performance from our school band and choir, whose music lifted our hearts and added to the joy of the celebration. 🎶✨ Grateful hearts, proud moments, and a beautiful way to end the year. 💛🙏✨

What a great morning participating in the Socktober Gala Day, hosted by the Western Sydney Wanderers, Catholic Mission and Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese. It was a warm day, but plenty of Zooper Doopers and water kept everyone cool and hydrated.⚽️🥅🥅 This was a wonderful opportunity for our students, who had the exciting experience of playing on the same synthetic training fields used by the Wanderers players themselves. A memorable day filled with fun, teamwork and energy!

✨ And that’s a wrap on our 2025 Advent Concert! ✨ What an incredible evening we shared as a school community. As we begin the Church’s new year, we paused together to embrace the season of waiting, hope, and trust — preparing our hearts for the coming of Jesus at Christmas. Through prayer, reflection and song, we were reminded that while we wait for God, He is always waiting for us too — ready to meet us with love. ❤️ Our students and staff lit up the stage with their wonderful singing and joyful dancing, filling the stage with excitement and Christmas spirit. 🌟🎶💃 A huge thank you to our parents and families for your support, encouragement, and for being part of this beautiful celebration. 📘 Year 3 dove deep into place value, exploring how numbers are represented through hundreds, tens and ones using materials. They worked together to build, break apart and understand numbers in meaningful ways! 🏉 Year 5 hit the field for rugby drills and practice, sharpening their passing, running, attacking and defending skills. Lots of energy, teamwork and determination on display!

✨ Year 1 Safe & Ready to Learn Reward! ✨ Today Year 1 celebrated their reward for living safely, loving respectfully and learning daily — and what a day it was! Our students came dressed as their future selves, with doctors, scientists, builders and so many more inspiring careers filling our classrooms. The teachers joined in the fun too… by dressing up as retired versions of themselves! 👵🧓 In the afternoon we enjoyed a lively game of bingo — a favourite pastime of our “retired teachers.” It was such a joyful way to celebrate all the hard work and positive choices our Year 1 students have shown this term. 💛🎉 Well done Year 1! 🌟
