On Monday at Holy Family we held a whole school prayer of The Rosary.
It was a beautiful way to end the first day back of Term 4 and take time to reflect and pray as a whole school community.-

As part of our Mission Week celebrations at Holy Family, we supported Socktober, a Catholic Mission initiative that helps vulnerable children and communities around the world πβ€οΈ. On Tuesday 21st of October, students wore their most colourful, fun, and wacky socks π§¦π and brought a gold coin donation π° to support this important cause. Throughout the day, we joined in the Kick for Goal activity β½, raising both awareness and funds while having fun! π Socktober reminded us that even small actionsβlike wearing crazy socksβcan make a big difference in the lives of others π«.

As a community, we are invited to take time this month to pray the Rosary, at home, at school and together in our parish, asking Mary to intercede for us and draw us closer to her Son, Jesus. π Youβre Invited to Pray the Rosary π We warmly invite all students, parents, and carers to join us in prayer as a community. Together, we will gather to pray the Rosary on Thursday mornings in October at 8:20 am in the School Library. Please bring along your own rosary beads to take part in this special prayer. Today our Year 6 classroom transformed into a vibrant Cultural Corners Showcase! πβ¨ Students brought in delicious food from their own cultures π±π₯, shared special traditions π§§π, and put on mini-performances to celebrate Asian cultures in Sydney πΆπ.
