We welcome and appreciate the many types of contributions, large and small, that families make to Holy Family Primary School.
Opportunities for parents and carers to get involved include:
- the Parent Representative Group (PRG)
- parent forums
- the Fundraising Committee
- Snapshots of Learning - ‘learning walks’ through classrooms led by school leaders, followed by Q&A
- Student of the Week classroom parent/carer visits
- Meet the Teacher Briefings
- Parent/Teacher meetings
- Student-led conferences
- Parent helpers in classrooms
- community events (e.g. Harmony Day, Book Week parade, Grandparents’ Day picnic)
- liturgies (feast days with the whole school, weekly parish Mass with classes)
- assemblies and presentations
The term-based Parent Calendar, the school newsletter and the Holy Family Skoolbag app are the best ways to stay informed about events and opportunities.
