ππ€ RU OK? Day is almost here! π€π Weβre counting down to Thursday 11th September β a special day where our whole school community comes together to celebrate the importance of checking in on one another. πΌβ¨ β³ Only 2 days to go! On the day, students are invited to wear yellow or black (a t-shirt, ribbon, or hat) as we take part in activities that promote wellbeing and connection. ππ€ π¨βπ©βπ§βπ¦ Families are warmly invited to join us for a picnic lunch at 1:30 pm, followed by a wonderful opportunity to complete an activity alongside your child in the afternoon. π§Ίπ₯ͺ Letβs make RU OK? Day, a day that reminds us of the power of checking in with one another. π Students are encouraged to wear something yellow or black β it could be a t-shirt, ribbon, or even a hat β as they take part in rotations that focus on wellbeing and reinforce the important message of looking out for each other. π§Ί Families are warmly invited to join us for a picnic lunch at 1:30 pm, followed by an afternoon activity with your child. Letβs come together to support, connect, and remind each other of the importance of asking, βRU OK?β ππ€

Today we came together to celebrate Fatherβs Day π with a delicious breakfast π₯β shared between families, friends, and our school community. It was a wonderful way to honour the dads, grandfathers, and father figures who guide and support us every day π¨βπ§βπ¦β¨. Following breakfast, we gathered for a special Mass βͺπ, giving thanks for the gift of fathers and the love they bring to our lives. As Fatherβs Day approaches this Sunday, we ask Godβs blessing over all fathers β may they be strengthened with wisdom, patience, and love as they continue to nurture and inspire their families ππ.

Today our amazing Year 4 students reached their Safe and Ready to Learn reward ππ To celebrate, they stepped into the shoes of their teachers and dressed up like them for the day! π©βπ«π¨βπ« From glasses and lanyards to whiteboard markers and serious teacher faces, they had so much fun taking on the role while showing off their creativity and sense of humour πβ¨ Well done Year 4 β what a fantastic achievement! π

ππ¦π Year 3 have been busy exploring volume by creating their very own zoo of animals using unifix cubes! From tall giraffes to chunky elephants, each animal helped them see how 3D shapes take up space. What a creative way to bring maths to life! β¨π¦

ππ Congratulations to Manav, Sidney and Cairee for making it through to the Granville Cluster finals for Voice of Youth! A special shout-out to Sidney, who was awarded Runner-Up πβan incredible achievement considering our students went up against nine other talented speakers from St Patrickβs Guildford, Holy Trinity Granville, and St Margaret Maryβs Merrylands. We are so proud of the courage, preparation and excellence shown by our students. π A huge thank you to St Margaret Maryβs Merrylands for hosting this yearβs cluster event.

Today we celebrated the amazing achievements of our Year 2 and Year 5 students who reached their Safe and Ready to Learn reward! ππ Year 2 enjoyed a fun-filled day with colourful mufti clothes ππ and some exciting extra playtime on the playground ππ, while Year 5 had a blast in mufti too, finishing the day with a lively games afternoon π²β½βοΈ.
